Description
Live through the ups and downs of being an indie game developer trying to make a breakthrough game. Crush bugs in the morning, add a feature after lunch and polish graphics in the afternoon. Plan, create and playtest. But wait. What's that? Your game crashes out of nowhere, Mum is calling for the 7th time, and your release date is tomorrow. Maybe you could skip that birthday party tonight… they will understand, right?! After all, it's all about The Games You Make.
History
Starting out as a PICO-8 prototype developed by Marcel-André during a gamejam, the earliest version of The Games You Make existed around 2022.
Features
- Make your own miniature games - combine mechanics and explore a ton of possibilities. Jetpacks and jumpscares? Why not?
- Share your creations with your real life friends - show off that inventive puzzle you built or how cleverly you used a specific mechanic.
- Balance your passion of making games with staying in touch with your friends & family and keeping your plants alive.
