History
Early historyJumpy Bit GmbH was incorporated 2022 in Munich. It was founded by Marcel-André Casasola Merkle with the goal of creating a long-term sustainable games company. Company values and design philosophy are the main contributing factor towards that goal. As an experienced game designer with multiple awards spread across the digital domain and board games, Marcel-André is the perfect fit as creative director. Investement was secured for the first title, as well as an experienced roster of employees. The debut title puts the players in the role of a solo indie developer, encouraging a change in perspective. It uses the medium itself to facilitate a new experience. As the audience becomes the actor, the role reversal results in playable games that can be shared with others.
